We are seeking an Integration Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring the highest quality of software and system integration. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to enhance the robustness, scalability, and reliability of our platform. Your contributions will be key to the success of our mission as we continue to scale and innovate.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development, product, and design teams to define test strategies and ensure the integration of complex systems and services.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate end-to-end system functionality, ensuring seamless integration of services and APIs.
  • Automate testing processes to drive efficiency and enhance product quality, leveraging CI/CD pipelines to reduce manual testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with developers to drive root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Maintain and optimize test frameworks and infrastructure to support continuous testing in a fast-paced release cycle.
  • Support and guide engineering teams on testing best practices, integration methods, and troubleshooting complex issues across systems.
  • Continuously improve testing processes to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance across various platforms.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in testing, integration, and automation.

Skills and Expertise

  • Passionate about quality assurance, integration testing, and continuous improvement in development processes.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in integration testing, test automation, or quality engineering.
  • Ability to carefully address test case coverage especially for tough to find corner cases.
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the customer to discover issues early. 
  • Proficiency in testing frameworks and tools, especially in systems with custom hardware/firmware.
  • Strong experience with continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing and integration tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with GitHub or GitLab workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and iterative development environment.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly document issues and test findings for cross-functional teams.

Bonus

  • Experience with cloud services like AWS Lambda, EC2, RDS, or similar.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  • Experience with load testing, performance testing, or security testing.
  • Exposure to AI, ML, or IoT-related technologies.
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, or CloudWatch for observability.
