Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance program & oversee our compliance framework end to end

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, & procedures

• Manage relationships with regulators & maintain an open dialogue with authorities

• Provide expertise as it relates to cryptocurrencies & blockchain regulations

• Deliver compliance initiatives, including scoping, resourcing, & budgeting

• Oversee compliance management of bank partners & vendor relationships

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, JD preferred

• 2+ years of compliance or legal function experience in the fintech or crypto sector

• Experience developing compliance frameworks while leveraging technology

• Excellent at communication, organization, & time management

• Exceptional attention to detail & strong problem-solving skills
