  • Provide operational support for global mobility, including immigration (e.g., H1B) and international travel needs
  • Coordinate benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations; respond to employee inquiries about benefits and leaves
  • Manage compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other relevant regulations

  • Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles within a global organization
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday and experience with queue management systems like JIRA or similar queueing systems
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong process orientation, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence across teams
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Self-starter who proactively identifies and takes ownership of opportunities to improve systems and processes
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adjusting quickly to evolving team and business needs.
  • Base salary range: $89,000 - $132,000. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
