About the role
Mable is on a mission to enable people to live their kind of independence. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an Account Manager – Disability to support and grow a portfolio of valued provider partners, plan managers, and support coordinators using Mable’s Business Solutions offering. Reporting to the Relationship Manager – Disability, this role is focused on onboarding new partners, building strong and lasting relationships, and driving performance outcomes across the disability services ecosystem.

This is a growth-led account management role. The Account Manager will lead strategic conversations with provider contacts, understand service delivery goals, and ensure their associated support coordinators are fully supported by the Coordinator & Organisation Specialist (COS) team. You will serve as the bridge between frontline coordinators and senior provider decision-makers, surfacing insights and identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships.

We’re building a high-trust, growth-led B2B team with a clear strategy and leadership buy-in. You’ll have room to shape your portfolio and partner deeply with engaged organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of disability service providers and support coordinators, owning the end-to-end relationship and driving ongoing performance and growth
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to assess performance, understand evolving needs, and align on shared goals
  • Monitor portfolio health using key metrics such as client growth, conversion rates, and referral activity
  • Identify and act on strategic growth opportunities, as well as escalate risks or operational blockers as needed
  • Collaborate with the COS team to ensure seamless service delivery and effective resolution of any partner issues
  • Stay across sector trends, funding structures (NDIS), and provider operating models to tailor your approach
  • Develop deep insight into partner goals and service models to identify long-term value and expansion opportunities
  • Share feedback and market insights with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Data to inform the evolution of Mable’s offerings
  • Support strategic initiatives and projects led by the Relationship Manager and broader B2B team
  • Represent Mable with professionalism in partner meetings and industry engagements

  • What You'll Bring

  • Experience in account management, B2B customer success, or a client-facing partnership role
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
  • Comfortable interpreting data and metrics to assess partner performance and drive targeted actions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to support partner success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised, self-directed, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and problem-solving approach
  • Understanding of the disability sector or familiarity with tech-enabled services is highly valued, though not required
  • We’re powered by purpose
