Senior Vice President, Software Engineering Technology & Product at Alcumus

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Senior Vice President of Engineering to lead Alcumus/Veriforce’s global software engineering organization. This critical executive role will define and drive the engineering strategy, execution model, and innovation agenda across our suite of SaaS products. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment—while fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

You will partner cross-functionally with Product, UX, DevOps, Security, Architecture, and Customer teams to bring Veriforce’s platform vision to life. The ideal candidate combines strategic foresight with technical expertise and has a track record of scaling engineering teams and platforms in complex, global B2B SaaS environments.

• Lead and scale a high-performing global engineering organization across multiple time zones and product lines.
• Define and execute the engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and product priorities.
• Drive delivery excellence through Agile and Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, test automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Oversee software architecture and ensure adherence to cloud-native principles and secure SDLC standards.
• Champion modernization initiatives such as system re-architecture, API-first design, and microservices adoption.
• Partner with Product, UX, and Architecture teams to deliver roadmap milestones and strategic initiatives.
• Lead global Quality Assurance (manual and automated testing) and Scrum Master functions.
• Define and track engineering KPIs focused on quality, throughput, scalability, and performance.
• Attract, retain, and mentor top engineering talent; build leadership depth within the team.
• Act as a visible technology leader internally and externally with customers and partners.
