Job Description
Microf is a subprime lease-to-own lender specializing in HVAC and other home improvement solutions and working with contractors across the country. In this unique and dynamic environment, we offer financing solutions to consumers, partnering closely with contractors to ensure access to critical systems.
PURPOSE
The Originations Specialist is responsible for promoting the use of the company’s products and services to consumers requiring residential replacement HVAC systems while meeting or exceeding the Microf objectives for quality Rental Purchase Agreements (RPAs) generated through the company’s lead sources. The Origingations Specialist role provides excellent dealer and customer experience levels while supporting significant, sustainable growth in products. The chosen candidate will work remotely primarily, with an expectation of coming into the Atlanta office upon request.
DIMENSIONS
Performance benchmarks shall be set quarterly by the Company’s Senior Management Team.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Meet or exceed quarterly production goals assigned by senior management as well as goals related to applicable future products.
· Consistently deliver high customer and dealer service levels.
· Meet all required compliance requirements while following processes and policies.
· Maximize conversion rates of applications through excellent dealer and customer service and strong product knowledge.
· Support all sales roles effectively.
· Adhere to needs of workforce management plan to ensure average speed of answer and other service level targets are met (including adherence to attendance and punctuality standards).
· Ensure a friendly and competitive environment within the originations and sales teams with emphasis on strong teamwork.
· Be proficient in all appropriate Microf systems
· Maintain and meet all registry management requirements daily.
· Properly document all necessary steps and communications.
· Must have complete open availability as the position or company requires.
· All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 4 year degree or equivalent experience
· High energy, coachable, and agile
· Excellent customer service skills required
· Proven time management and organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills and professional approach to sales
· Strong teamwork skills and proven ability to work as part of a team
· Ability and understanding of the use of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft word, Outlook, and Excel.
· Flexible in work schedule when required.
· Goal oriented and self-motivated
· Ability to make quick decisions based on limited information

We are hiring for this role at $22 an hour.
