Licensed Mental Health Professional at VAC LLC

We are seeking a mental health professional who is licensed and based in the US. Preferably in the continental US.

You will provide mental health evaluations for patients, diagnosis and complete appropriate paperwork.

Pay will be on a per completed appointment basis and can be discussed further. Current pay is $250 per appointment, but can vary depending on the provider's credentials, experience and quality of service.

This is perfect for someone who has a current practice and is looking to see more patients.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

1. Valid NPI number (searchable at https://npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov/search )

2. Medical license number

3. Track records as a medical professional
