Responsibilities
- Inputting and updating data accurately into various computer systems and databases.
- Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless data management across departments.
- Generating reports as needed based on data collected and entered.
- Assisting in data cleaning and validation processes to ensure high data quality.
- Responding to inquiries and providing data support to management and staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
- Familiarity with data management software and tools is an advantage.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
