We’re looking for someone with experience supporting global teams in a People Operations role — someone confident working with HR systems and workflows, and able to communicate clearly in both social and technical contexts in English.

What you’ll do
You'll be responsible for supporting our offices in Israel, Cyprus and France and the US remote Team ensuring smooth People Operations processes. Your key tasks will include:
- Act as the primary People Operations contact for employees across multiple locations, providing timely and empathetic support on HR-related matters.
- Be an integral part of the Global People Operations Team, ensuring alignment and consistency in processes and employee experience across regions.
- Serve as a trusted partner to our global teams, championing operational excellence and fostering a high-quality, people-first employee journey.
- Lead and manage core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle events, and internal mobility.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and internal databases.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all employment documentation, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
- Regularly review and update local HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation and global best practices.
- Support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Generate reports and HR data insights to support decision-making, and actively contribute to compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Lead or participate in global HR projects, applying strong project management skills to drive structure, clarity, and results
What you’ll bring
We are looking for someone who has:
- 2+ years of HR/People Ops experience in a global environment, ideally in tech or high-growth companies
- Solid understanding of relevant labor legislation and regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple countries and time zones with cultural sensitivity and a service-oriented approach
- Comfort working with ticketing & workflow platforms (e.g., Jira)
- Strong project management skills – able to structure, drive, and deliver people initiatives with clarity and focus
- Confidence working with HR systems (e.g. Workday, HiBob, BambooHR) and a strong interest in process optimization
- Excellent communication skills in English (both technical and interpersonal)
- A calm, pragmatic, and proactive mindset — you’re comfortable with ambiguity and known for bringing clarity
- Collaborative spirit – you enjoy working cross-functionally and helping others grow
How you’ll succeed

- Maintaining precise employment records and ensuring HR policies comply with legislation
- Smooth management of on-boarding, off-boarding, and benefits processes
- Keeping the HRIS and internal databases updated and accurate
- Contributing effectively to HR projects and initiatives
- Serving as a reliable point of contact and support for staff and visitors
- Drive multiple initiatives forward simultaneously while maintaining focus, quality, and attention to details

- At the moment, we do not sponsor visas in the EU. For Hong Kong, we require at least two years of working experience and a university degree in a related field. For Singapore and the UK, we can only sponsor visas for mid-career or above.
