Location: Las Vegas, NV
Description
Are you passionate about driving innovation in advanced energy, sustainable technologies, and circular economy solutions? Are you committed to supporting entrepreneurs tackling critical energy challenges? If so, this position is for you!
gener8tor, a nationally recognized startup accelerator, is seeking a Managing Director to lead our Electrify Nevada Accelerator in Las Vegas, NV. The Electrify Nevada Accelerator supports visionary founders pioneering the future of sustainable energy and circular economy solutions. We support innovative entrepreneurs with groundbreaking technologies to accelerate their path to scale-up in Nevada, a state at the forefront of renewable energy and next-gen battery production. We run four accelerator programs annually in the heart of the Great Basin (two in Las Vegas and two in Reno-Tahoe), where vast mineral resources meet cutting-edge clean technology development.
As a member of the gener8tor team, you'll be an essential part of our international platform, connecting startup founders, investors, universities, and corporations. Your work will directly impact startups developing advanced energy systems, industry efficiency technologies, and sustainable solutions, with particular emphasis on closed-loop lithium systems, next-gen battery development, and supply chain innovations.
Success for an MD looks like building a strong portfolio of innovative energy and cleantech startups, driving impact in sustainable technology, investing in diverse founders, and supporting Nevada's growth as a leading hub for advanced energy solutions. You will develop relationships with mentors, investors, entrepreneurs and community partners while ensuring startups are set up for success. You will have ownership over the program and will report to the Senior Managing Director of Sustainability while collaborating across the organization with gener8tor's centralized support teams.
