Job Description
Campaign Manager
· Overall responsible in meeting KPIs for campaigns assigned.
· Strategize and create multi-channel marketing plans to deliver lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and email/Whatsapp marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc.
· Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work across all channels – CRM, UGC, Partnership & Customer Service.
· Forecast budget/CPL and timelines for campaigns.
· Ensure accurate source attribution and performance measurement.
· Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV, etc.) and report insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
· Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment.
· Interact directly with clients for day-to-day operations, building positive relationships with them to facilitate renewal or other business opportunities.
· Collaborate closely with Sales team in ensuring optimal client management.
· Responsible for liaising with finance for timely billing of clients.
Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
· Directly Manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, XHS, Wechat and others.
· Plan and execute full-funnel strategies to drive traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
· Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, targeting, bidding, and creative iteration.
· Responsible for creative copy writing to drive high conversions at targeted CPL.
Creative Content, SEO & Organic Growth
· Own and lead the SEO strategy, covering technical, on-page, and content-driven optimization for industry assigned.
· Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to support scalable content planning & ensure all digital content aligns with SEO best practices to boost long-term search visibility.
· Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush) to monitor performance and generate insights.
· Beyond website, drive the ideation and development of compelling content for social media, email, paid media, and integrated campaigns for the industry assigned.
· Ensure content quality, brand consistency, and alignment with messaging and tone of voice.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in user acquisition marketing, either with B2C brands or with agencies
- Proven experience in managing successful B2C demand generation programmes
- Prior experience with beauty treatment industry and/or mom&baby FMCG is a big plus
- Excellent time management and project management; able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time
- Proven track record in driving BoFu conversions and achieving ambitious revenue targets
- Proficient with Meta and Tiktok, other platforms are a plus
- Agile when solving a range of implementation or operational issues
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with different types of clients, internal colleagues and stakeholders
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Proficient in written and spoken English
