OVERVIEW
The Online Enforcement Specialist supports our global brand protection efforts by identifying, escalating, and helping to remove counterfeit listings, trademark abuse, and unauthorized use of brand assets across e-commerce platforms, websites, and social media. This role is well-suited for someone with experience in online enforcement, trust & safety, marketplace compliance, and high-volume content review. Candidates should bring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a working knowledge of digital platforms and third-party monitoring Partners. Prior experience with Partner collaboration and counterfeit detection tools is highly valued. This role offers exposure to global IP enforcement workflows and collaboration across legal and brand teams. RESPONSIBILIITES
- Review and validate infringing product listings, accounts, and storefronts across online marketplaces, websites and social media platforms.
- Submit takedown requests and ensure timely follow-up through to resolution.
- Identify and document repeat offenders or potential escalations.
- Act as the day-to-day liaison with online monitoring and enforcement Partners.
- Ensure Partner activity aligns with brand protection guidance and enforcement protocols.
- Review Partner data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards, and prepare summaries of trends, patterns, and risks.
- Work with platform contacts to address persistent abuse or trademark misuse.
- Maintain organized tracking of enforcement actions, flagged listings, and resolution outcomes.
- Partner with legal, brand, and compliance teams to ensure alignment of strategic enforcement actions with broader business goals.
QUALIFICATION
- 2–4 years of experience in brand protection, online enforcement, trust & safety, content moderation, and/or marketplace compliance
- Familiarity with e-commerce and social media platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and their reporting procedures
- Strong pattern recognition and attention to detail when reviewing listings and identifying abuse
- Clear and organized communicator with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
- Experience coordinating with third-party Partners or internal enforcement teams
- Experience with enforcement tools and third-party monitoring and enforcement services
- Exposure to intellectual property and trademark enforcement workflows
- Experience with international platforms or multilingual environments
COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total compensation package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
