Job Description

As a Junior Project Manager at Good Energy, you'll be at the heart of delivering our renewable energy services and solar installations. Working under the close supervision of the Commercial & Tender Manager, you'll manage diverse projects from start to finish, playing a key role in supporting our clients' journey to Net Zero. You'll build strong relationships with clients and ensure our projects are delivered smoothly and successfully. 

No day will be the same - here are some of the highlights

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage multiple renewable energy projects from initiation to completion. 
  • Retain strong relationships with client consultancies throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Generate project quotes and develop detailed project programs. 
  • Monitor and measure project performance against key metrics (on time, in budget) using automated reporting. 
  • Schedule project activities and updates using our CRM system. 
  • Issue and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payments. 
  • Coordinate effectively with sub-contractors, site managers, and District Network Operators (DNOs). 
  • Provide regular updates to clients and present project progress in meetings. 
  • Assist with fault finding and problem resolution on projects. 
  • Collaborate with and delegate tasks to two project administrators. 
  • Work closely with accounts and stock procurement teams. 
  • Undertake occasional site visits as required.
