The Opportunity  
We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to support the ongoing development and enhancement of business applications on the Microsoft Power Platform. This role is ideal for someone eager to expand their skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages while contributing to impactful solutions for compliance, project management, and process automation.  


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for building scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications.  
  • An interest in learning and leveraging the full suite of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including custom scripting and API integrations.  
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on efficiency and user experience. 
  • The ability to handle multiple development tasks, including UI design, workflow automation, and data modeling, with support from senior developers.  

  • Key Responsibilities

  • This role will focus on the development and administration of solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:  
  • Design, build, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Pages components for business solutions.  
  • Develop and customize Dataverse tables, views, and forms to meet specific business requirements.  
  • Implement custom JavaScript and API integrations to extend Power Platform functionality.  
  • Create and manage automated workflows for efficient data handling and task automation.  
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly solutions.  
  • Use Azure DevOps or other project management tools for tracking and prioritizing development tasks.  
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing Power Platform solutions for performance and scalability.  
  • Contribute to technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design notes, and user guides.  
  • Follow and help enforce security best practices to protect data and system integrity.  
  • Support the continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions through feedback, testing, and iterative development. 

  • Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.  
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.  
  • Proficiency in customizing Dataverse tables, relationships, and forms. 
  • Experience with custom scripting using JavaScript, including integrating with Power Platform components.  
  • Familiarity with the Power Pages Web API for managing and interacting with data securely within Power Pages sites.  
  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integrating external systems with Power Platform.  
  • Knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and structured data management.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to building efficient, user-friendly applications.  
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project requirements.  
  • Willingness to learn and stay current with evolving Power Platform capabilities and best practices.
