Job Description

  • Manage the lifecycle of a wide variety of vendor and customer contracts, such as Order Form agreements, NDAs, and MSAs, including reviewing, editing and redlining utilizing the company’s contract lifecycle management tool(s). 

  • Maintain a library of forms, documents, templates, legal and historical information, making updates as needed 

  • Manage busy legal queue, thoroughly reviewing and triaging team requests, working with internal teams as needed. 

  • Communicate risks, legal concepts and contract terms to various stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams. 

  • Support various internal team members on contract needs and accurate use of CLM tools 

  • Collaborate with business partners to creatively solve issues and escalate where appropriate. 

  • Coordinate with various internal teams for vendor selection and vendor renewal matters. 

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external escalations requiring legal input, addressing issues efficiently and aligning with internal policies 

  • Conduct initial review of contracts and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks quickly and effectively 

  • Proactively seek areas of process improvement within the team and the company in relation to the legal department. 

  • Complete special projects as assigned. 

  • At least 5 years experience with commercial contract review (NDA, Quote, MSA, SoW / Order Form), out of it at least 2 years in software (SaaS experience necessary) 

  • Paralegal license is an advantage 

  • At least 1 year experience with Contract Management System (experience with Malbek a benefit) 

  • Salesforce and DocuSign experience a benefit (1 year) 

  • Knowledge of procurement tools and methodology highly valued 

  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across different departments and countries.
