  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Game Managers in Retention Department;
  • Manage game portfolio strategy across platforms like Soft2Bet, SoftSwiss, TrueLabel, EasyRocket, Advabet;
  • Oversee onboarding of new game providers and integration of new games;
  • Analyze KPIs (GGR, session time, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and optimize game performance;
  • Coordinate promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns with providers;
  • Monitor compliance and technical stability across all integrated games;
  • Ensure high player engagement through smart lobby curation and data insights;
  • Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and BI teams to align game offerings with business goals.

Requirements

🧭 What makes you a great match

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within iGaming or online casino operations;
  • Understanding of game providers, content management, and platform operationsl;
  • Hands-on experience with Soft2Bet, SoftSwiss, TrueLabel, EasyRocket, Advabet.
