The role?

We are looking to add an experienced Change and PMO analyst to support our large-scale global Finance Transformation initiative, including transition to a Shared Services Centre (SSC) and implementation of standardised global processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).

Main duties will revolve around change management support with respect to organisation design (OD), training and transition coordination, PMO and governance support, transition readiness and communications.

We are ideally looking for someone who can start at reasonably short notice and welcome applications from those working as PAYE or limited company contractors.

You are? 

It is essential that you have proven experience in leading Change, Transformation, or a PMO Analyst role within a large programme environment, in addition to an understanding of finance processes such as R2R, P2P and O2C. Your experience will also contain conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and readiness planning, with some exposure to designing and executing training strategies. You should a familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR) and tools.
