The Job
To ensure the success of our Field Services operations, we’re hiring a Procurement Manager to lead key functions across vendor management and material readiness. This role reports to the Head of Field Operations and will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Field Service Delivery teams. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our national service network efficiently while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.

Own and execute the RFP process for Preventative Maintenance and corrective laborEnsure timely sourcing, pricing consistency, and contractual alignment across a growing vendor networkManage ongoing contract amendments and addenda in partnership with LegalMaintain clarity, compliance, and documentation across provider relationshipsSupport cost control and quality assurance across vendor servicesMaterial Readiness & Strategic Procurement (50%)
Develop and implement a national spare parts programImprove time-to-remediation by minimizing delays tied to material gapsReduce repeat truck rolls and improve first-time resolution ratesForecast and manage inventory in alignment with service needsPartner with Field Operations to ensure regional material availabilityWho You Are
A strategic problem-solver who thrives in operational complexityDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skillsClear communicator and cross-functional collaboratorComfortable navigating contract language and legal coordinationDriven by metrics and able to balance speed, cost, and qualityExperience You’ll Need
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management rolesDemonstrated experience running RFPs and negotiating vendor contractsExperience working in a multi-state or national field operations or logistics environmentStrong analytical skills with a comfort working in Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalentExperience working cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, and Finance teamsExperience That's a Plus
Experience in renewable energy, field services, or high-growth tech-enabled servicesFamiliarity with NetSuite, ServiceTitan, or similar ERP/field service management systemsBackground in inventory management, warehouse logistics, or supply chain operationsWork-life and Culture
