About This Position. Chorus is seeking a Community Manager to support creators on all aspects of their engagement with Chorus. We are a small team with an all-hands-on-deck team; no task is too small and responsibilities may evolve as project needs do. That said, key responsibilities of the Community Manager include:
- Managing day-to-day communications via Slack, text, phone, and email with creators, responding immediately to all requests, questions, and suggestions;
- Developing a system to track creator participation in Chorus programming, logging all questions and recommendations from creators that should be shared with the group;
- Developing and sharing community guidelines, informational materials, daily agendas, message briefings to support maximum engagement levels among creators;
- Helping creators access and effectively use all Chorus-provided technology and tools, troubleshooting issues as they arise; and
- Creating and deploying regular qualitative and quantitative surveys to report on creator satisfaction levels with the programs, ensuring positive experience for participants (or at least no unaddressed feedback reported).

Compensation. This is a contract position to be paid at a rate of $6,000 - $8,500 per month depending on experience level.
Location. Chorus is a fully remote team. All team members must be located within the continental United States and must be reachable between the hours of 10am ET and 6pm ET, regardless of where they live and work.
