Technical Account Manager at SpeedSize
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept individual with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Solutions engineer, Front-End developer, or QA engineer within a dynamic, international environment.
- Proficient in using developer tools such as Chrome DevTools and other debugging or QA platforms.
- Strong ability to analyze and swiftly resolve technical issues while effectively communicating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience working with Full-Stack technologies such as Node.js, React, and Angular, or alternatively extensive QA skills including automated and performance testing.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, cloud infrastructure, media compression, AI/ML concepts, and CDN architectures.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English at a C1-C2 level.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving mindset combined with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet KPIs and deadlines, and rapidly adapt to new challenges.
- Self-motivated, results-driven individual with a fast learning curve and openness to continuous improvement.
