Business Analyst (Data Oriented) at Resultance

We are looking for a Data-Oriented Business Analyst (freelance/independent consultant) to support one of our strategic projects.

🎯 Main Responsibilities

• Gather and formalize functional requirements from business teams.
• Identify and extract data, including working with SAP tables.
• Ensure effective coordination and communication with the project’s main stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee technical teams responsible for development to ensure successful solution delivery.

Requirements

✅ Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Business Analyst or Data Business Analyst).
• Solid understanding of business processes and data-related challenges.
• Proficiency in data extraction from SAP or similar environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders (business, IT, management).
• Experience in managing technical teams and coordinating their deliverables.
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in French will be considered an asset.

🗓️ Availability & Workload

• Start date: ASAP
• Workload: Ideally full-time, but 75% is possible depending on the availability of the consultant.
• The role can be done mainly remote with presence on site at the clients site in Belgium a couple times/month.
