Customer Service Representative (Production) - Senior CRI - Heredia at Equifax
Job Description
We are looking for a customer service representative who will investigate, analyze, and obtain information to help individuals applying for a mortgage loan in the United States. This process includes communication with Credit Grantors and Loan Processors via phone and email.
What you’ll do
- Investigate, analyze, interpret and fulfill customer requests.
- Manage inbound /outbound calls and email.
- Perform credit-based research tasks ranging from the navigation of automated systems.
- Contact credit grantor/landlord to obtain appropriate information to update credit supplements.
- Perform verifications of any information maintained on the credit supplement.
What experience you need
- Excellent English communication skills B2 minimum.
- Knowledge of credit reports.
- At least 6-month experience in customer service.
- High school diploma is a must.
- Typing skills (35 words per minute)
