Instructional Designer at LexisNexis Reed Tech (Corporate)

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their remote team. The ideal candidate will have experience in eLearning, performance support, and tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud. They will work collaboratively with colleagues to design high-quality learning solutions and have a strong understanding of both learners and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Design & Technology, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or Organizational Development
• 5+ years of instructional design experience
• Expert user in Articulate 360 Cloud (Storyline and Rise)
• Experience in Camtasia, SnagIt, Adobe Creative Suites
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, the systemic design of instruction, Bloom's Taxonomy, and performance improvement methodologies
• Ability to translate training needs into practical learning solutions
• Team player - able to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in creating training content of superior quality that has a positive impact on revenue
