Senior Cdp Manager / Operator at Zaelot

We are seeking an experienced Senior CDP Manager with a strong technical background and hands-on expertise in managing customer data platforms. The ideal candidate will have between 3 and 5 years of practical experience working with CDP tools such as Segment, Hightouch, Rudderstack, or equivalents, exhibiting deep knowledge of data flows, identity resolution, and audience management techniques.

The role demands a strong understanding of event-based data architecture and familiarity with product analytics platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel to ensure effective integration and utilization of data insights. Attention to detail is critical, especially regarding documentation accuracy, configuration hygiene, and enforcing data governance standards.

This position requires excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear understanding and alignment on CDP-related initiatives and operational support.
