Marketing Operations / Growth Technologist at Zaelot

We are looking for a Growth Technologist with a strong understanding of marketing operations, data mapping, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have practical experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools, and audience segmentation.

Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to monitor performance data critically to drive informed marketing decisions. Familiarity with event-based tracking and trait activation within marketing systems is essential.

Soft skills include a proactive problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and have a passion for leveraging technology to drive growth.

Previous exposure to tools such as Segment, Tealium, HubSpot, or Adobe Experience Platform and proficiency with data visualization or BI tools will be a strong asset.
