We're seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across a fast-paced and data-driven organization. This position plays a key role in shaping decision-making by delivering insights, managing budgets, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis, with leadership exposure.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Proficient in financial planning tools like Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or TM1.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or above), both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to deliver insights to non-financial stakeholders.
