Customer Success Advisor (Portuguese ) at SiteMinder
Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Success Advisor (Portuguese) to join our team at SiteMinder. As a trusted advisor, you'll help customers achieve their goals and maximize their revenue. You'll develop rapport with customers, develop deep product knowledge, and meet KPIs related to revenue expansion and customer adoption scores.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for sales, customer success, and providing great customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively connect with customers from diverse backgrounds in English and Portuguese.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hotel industry or other SAAS business, particularly in customer success, sales, and revenue expansion.
- High level of Portuguese and English
