Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and experienced Account Director to lead key client relationships and drive outstanding campaign execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering account growth, and contributing to the overall success of our agency. You will serve as the primary strategic partner for your clients, translating their business objectives into compelling advertising solutions.
Key responsibility :
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, building strong, trusting, and long-lasting relationships.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for account growth.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
Campaign Execution & Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative, planning, media, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and delivery.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account professionals, fostering their professional development and ensuring high performance.
- Effectively delegate tasks and manage team workload.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, or a related field .
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in an Account Management/Client Servicing role within an advertising agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese is a must.
- Proven Experience in Branding & Campaign Development is a must.
- APAC Scope Working Experience is a plus.
- Lifestyle/Sports Client Experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
