Director- Transformation Office at Lumen Technologies
Job Description
The Director, Transformation Office, is responsible for leading transformation efforts across Lumen, designing and executing strategies to modernize culture and improve engagement, and driving financial and operational results. This role requires a strong foundation in project management, people's strategy, and cultural transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 8 - 10 years related experience and 3+ years of experience at manager level.
- Recognized as a leader with outstanding communication, presentations, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for building and sustaining high-performing teams.
- Proven experience in Transformation programs, culture and engagement strategy, people transformation, and building high-performing teams.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of executives, C-Suite and constituencies.
- Experience negotiating and liaising with multiple operational contacts at all levels up to executives.
- Experience working with sensitive data and exercising appropriate judgement to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for meetings and presentations
