What will you be doing?
You’re a passionate, dynamic, and highly motivated individual who’s looking for an opportunity to have an impact on some of the most well-known companies in the world. This integral member of Circana Mexico team will report directly to the RBG Account Manager. If you enjoy working with clients to influence their business solutions, this job is for you.
Location
This is a hybrid position located in Mexico City, Mexico. You will be required to work onsite 2 days a week in our Mexico, City office.
Job Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing client contacts and uncover new buying centers.
- Analyze and interpret Point-of-Sale and Consumer Panel data to clearly articulate issues and findings internal teams and clients.
- Support the account team in exceeding planned revenue targets for assigned accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute account plans; understand the client's organization and their strategies, objectives and challenges; identify and recommend application of our data and insights to meet those objectives.
- Conduct small group client training on our company’s applications.
- Partner with cross-functional departments and teams to ensure success for business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 2-5 years of market research experience within client services, account management or sales.
- Advanced English level
- Knowledge of or experience within the Technology, Toys, Beauty or Home industry a plus.
- Ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights using Point-of-Sale and consumer panel data.
- Ability to generate/support creative ideas and effectively sell those idea
- Strong presentation skills with a high comfort level presenting to large groups and senior audiences.
- Demonstrated success in contract negotiations and account planning. (desirable)
- Ability to influence and persuade others, particularly in high-pressure situations
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding revenue goals. (desirable)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- A working knowledge of SPSS or similar software is a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The starting salary for this role is MEX455,000.
