The team you will be a part of

The Field Sales (Commission) team develops and manages relationships through phone and on-site visits. Negotiates partnership agreements to achieve desired revenue and profitability objectives. Drives joint partner/channel sales opportunities. Uses sales tools for accurate forecasting of current and future business.

Diretoria responsável pela estratégia de crescimento da marca KitchenAid no mercado da América Latina com foco no segmento de produtos de eletroportáteis (Small Appliances). Apesar de possuir equipe alocada na região, o report da operação é feito diretamente para a matriz nos EUA. KitchenAid é a terceira marca mais relevante no mercado norte americano (fonte pesquisa Prophet 2021) e está em ampla expansão globalmente.

A área de Vendas de KitchenAid é responsável pela venda da categoria de produtos eletroportáteis, entendendo o perfil dos consumidores, buscando oportunidades de mercado para potencializar a marca na região. A área tem papel fundamental na venda e distribuição , visando o crescimento do negócio e a alavancagem do resultado financeiro. Relacionamento com clientes externos e com diversas áreas multifuncionais para defender os interesses do negócio.

Your responsibilities will include

Gestão de carteira de clientes, negociação comercial (preço, prazos e condições de pagamento) identificando oportunidades de negócio,

- Analise do sell in e sell out

- Planejamento de vendas e atuação no processo de S&OP

- Gestão e execução do calendário promocional com os clientes

- Prospecção de novos clientes

- Gestão dos processos junto com o financeiro e logística

Minimum requirements

- Ensino Superior completo;

- Inglês em nível intermediário;

- Excel/Google Sheets em nível avançado;

- Perfil analítico.

- Desenvolver uma comunicação clara, objetiva e persuasiva

- Ser persistente e resiliente

Preferred skills and experiences

- Formação em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Marketing, Engenharia ou áreas afins;

- Espanhol em nível intermediário.

- Experiência prévia com Vendas e trade
