Junior Finance & Accounting Manager
Location: Remote (European timezones)
Job Type: Flexible, full-time or part-time
Industry: FinTech / Blockchain / Software development
Reports to: Head of Finance

The Junior Finance & Accounting Manager will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, with a strong focus on handling payments, managing expenses, and ensuring financial accuracy in both fiat and crypto transactions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3 technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor employee expenses and reimbursements; enforce expense policies
  • Process and track outgoing payments in both fiat and cryptocurrency
  • Work with our external tax and financial accountants
  • Track cash flow and manage short-term liquidity
  • Help manage vendor relationships and contracts
  • Assist with onboarding new tools and systems to automate and streamline financial processes


    • Requirements

  • One or more years of experience in a finance, accounting, or admin role (start-up or tech environment preferred)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excel/Google Sheets skills, experience with Google/Microsoft office products
  • Good communication and organizational skills (English required, German nice to have)
  • Nice to Have: Experience working in a crypto/ Web3, or fintech company; Working knowledge of financial principles and accounting systems
