We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our analytics services company, specializing in B2B and Account Based Marketing (ABM) for technology clients. This role requires a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills and 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing analytics for Enterprise Sales organizations. Candidates must have experience analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in generating leads and accelerating pipeline growth.

What you’ll do…

This Sr. Marketing Analyst will analyze market trends, contact and account behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advanced Data Analysis & Predictive Modeling:
    Utilize rigorous statistical methodologies to analyze demographic, sociographic, credit, and proprietary client data. Build and validate predictive response models supporting B2B marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Drive data hygiene best practices and derive meaningful concepts from complex datasets.
  • Campaign Performance & Optimization:
    Deep dive into campaign metrics and sales funnels to identify opportunities for lead generation and conversion rate improvement. Design and implement multi-variate tests using experimental design principles tailored to B2B marketing contexts. Deliver data-backed recommendations to maximize marketing impact and ROI.
  • Insightful Reporting & Communication:
    Develop intuitive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) that visualize key performance indicators for enterprise clients. Present clear, actionable insights to client marketing and business teams, fostering data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic Partner & Martech Advisor:
    Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge martech solutions that enhance our clients’ marketing capabilities. Translate complex B2B analytics into straightforward, strategic marketing plans.
  • Leadership & Mentorship:
    Lead and mentor junior analysts, cultivating a high-performing team passionate about B2B analytics. Engage in leadership development initiatives to continuously enhance your professional growth.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned analytics professional with 7–10 years of experience analyzing complex Enterprise B2B marketing initiatives—content syndication, webinars, live events, digital campaigns (LinkedIn, paid media, email), and web analytics.
  • Skilled in measuring marketing’s direct impact on sales pipelines including lead generation, engagement, and deal acceleration.
  • Proficient in leveraging datasets from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and more.
  • Expert in building compelling, interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Advanced programmer with demonstrated ability to generate ad hoc reports and models using SQL, R, Python, or SAS.
  • Strong communicator who thrives collaborating directly with client stakeholders, translating analytics into persuasive business opportunities.

Required Enterprise B2B Marketing experience:

  1. Experience providing analytics for an Enterprise B2B Sales organization, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  2. Advanced degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  3. Expertise in analytics design, predictive modeling, and statistical software (SAS, SPSS, R, Python, SQL).
  4. Experience with AI/ML techniques and database design, data cleansing, and automation.
  5. Demonstrated ability to think critically, troubleshoot complex client challenges, and deliver impactful solutions on time.

Additional Skills:

·        Model development

·        Experience with AI and ML tools

·        Experience in database structure and creation, data cleansing algorithms

·        Extensive experience in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau

·        Comfortable communicating directly with RA staff about client needs and objectives

·        Ability to critically think through client requests: identify objective, troubleshoot obstacles, and deliver in timely manner
