Account Executive - AI Software for Healthcare (East Coast Based, Remote) at John Snow Labs
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated sales consultant who has experience in identifying and influencing decision makers of large organizations to win new deals. We are creating a new sales team to support our mainly US and European opportunities. We are looking for experienced healthcare & life science software sales professionals or passionate professionals looking to transfer into sales. Healthcare experience is mandatory.
This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a remote long-term freelancing contract, learning new skills and working as part of a strong artificial intelligence software team. There are plenty of customer facing opportunities and challenges to go around. This job requires a 1099 role.

Key responsibilities:
- Represent John Snow Labs, its solutions and software, for the assigned territory
- Exceed quarterly and annual bookings target for subscriptions and services
- Carry out business development activities to develop pipeline for the territory
- Build, execute and maintain a territory plan which achieves strategic and financial objectives
- Manage customer and internal relationships through all stages of the sales cycle
- Maintain accurate data and forecasts within CRM system for assigned territory
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in all customer accounts
- Coordinate engagement with the customer, including support, service, and management
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- 10+ years’ professional experience in software or technology sales, machine learning or artificial intelligence
- Proven success in B2B sales, from introductions to contract negotiations
- Detail orientated with strong follow-up skills, negotiating skills and an ability to close sales
- Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be productive in a globally distributed team through self-discipline and self-motivation
- Represent the company well at external events
- Graduate degree in related field
