Location: Remote (based in LATAM)

Salary: $2K USD Per Month (Contract)

Working Hours: 40 hours a week, with an alignment with the U.S. Eastern Time (EST)

Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor or Agency Placement

đź§­ About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and results-driven Sourcing Recruiter to help us scale our tech sales team—with a focus on identifying and engaging top-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) across the United States.

This is a highly active, outbound-heavy role best suited for someone who thrives on building high-quality pipelines and driving real candidate engagement. You’ll work closely with our internal team to find sales talent that is competitive, coachable, and fluent in U.S. tech sales environments.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Own your top-of-funnel: source and build robust pipelines of high-potential SDR and AE candidates and get them interested in a first call with our team
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate, boolean search, and other sourcing tools (e.g., Noon, Pin, Juicebox)
  • Execute effective cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and SMS (this role includes cold calling, emailing, texting, and InMailing)
  • Evaluate candidates to ensure they not only meet the job’s qualifications
  • Work with our head of operations on profile calibration and daily pipeline reviews
  • Maintain candidate records and outreach data in our ATS/CRM
  • Continuously improve outreach messaging and sourcing strategy based on response metrics

Requirements

✅ You’re a great fit if you

  • Have 1+ years of experience as a recruiter or sourcer focused on sales or commercial roles
  • Have experience sourcing tech sales talent—preferably in the U.S.-based companies
  • Are proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate and other sourcing tools
  • Are fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Are comfortable with high-volume cold outreach, including DMs, emails, and cold calls (will be sending hundreds of Linkedin InMails per day)
  • Familiar with sourcing tools and sourcing automation tools for outreaching to candidates 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Align with EST hours daily
