Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead efforts in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent. Strong understanding of engineering skill sets is essential. In this role, you’ll be recruiting for roles across Software, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Electrical, and Firmware engineering disciplines. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process, all while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

This role is open to remote candidates located in the United States.

What You'll Do:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to source and attract top technical talent
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and referral networks to engage passive candidates effectively
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings

Candidate Engagement:

  • Conduct initial screens to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s mission and effectively articulate the team’s vision to attract and close top-tier technical talent
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview strategies
  • Coordinate with interview panels to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on sourcing progress and recruitment metrics

Recruitment Operations:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, including recruiter screens, technical assessments, and onsite interviews
  • Optimize and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices

Employer Branding:

  • Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment within a fast-paced tech startup or tech company
  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for highly technical roles, including Software, Mechanical, Machine Learning, Electrical, and Firmware engineering positions
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates through creative and strategic outreach
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical talent and hiring stakeholders
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Familiarity with technical forums and sourcing platforms (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter)
