As our technical footprint grows, we’re investing in a small, high-performing systems engineering team with a presence in Portugal.
Why This Role
We’re expanding our existing team of two systems engineers in Portugal! This role is essential to scaling our infrastructure reliably, securely, and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across multiple regions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Manage Kubernetes (GKE) clusters, supporting a containerized environment at scale.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for all deployments.
- Build CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins) for streamlined, automated delivery.
- Set up and maintain observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack) for performance and alerting.
- Work closely with engineering teams to propose and validate technical designs.
- Proactively address system security, monitoring, and reliability in production environments.
- Collaborate effectively in English across a remote, multicultural team.
