Architecte ServiceNow at Apside

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, plan, and lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role involves platform architecture, client integration, and ensuring solutions align with best practices and ITSM/ITOM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining platform governance, documenting technical processes, and advising development teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Mastery of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of ITIL best practices and ITSM processes.
• Technical skills in system integration (APIs, web services, SSO, etc.).
• Solid experience in workflow, automation, and ServiceNow scripts (JavaScript, Glide, etc.).
• Ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Mastery of French to oral and written; professional English is an advantage.
