Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Specialist to manage relocation cases for client equipment transfers. This is a mini-project requiring administrative coordination, budget negotiation, and collaboration. The specialist will ensure documents are available, contact customers, and handle carrier pickup for replacement parts.
Requirements
- Experience on data management, quality and cleaning
- Native/advanced level of Italian and Spanish
- B2 level of English or higher
- Experience in CRM
- Quick to learn new processes and tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Motivation and personality for seeking customer satisfaction
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Candidates must be located in Spain
