• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 
• Working knowledge of English: B2 or higher level. 
• Minimum of 4 years of IT-relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years in project experience relevant to the profile
  or at a similar position 
• At least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution
• Expert in developing enterprise-level software systems in a specified technology domain
• Knowledge of UML and design applications in UML
• Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer
• Directly participated in at least 3 projects concluded with the successful implementation of solutions
  based on PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and MySQL/MSSQL in the role of Software Developer.
• At least 5 years of experience using the PHP language.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of the PHP development language.
• Experience in development and deployment to the cloud gained in at least 2 projects.
• Possesses frontend development skills (JS, ES6, CSS extension languages & Bootstrap).
• Worked in Scrum development
• Capable of leading technical teams
• Holds the ability to document technical solutions effectively
• Presents problem-solving skills

At least 1 certification among:

• Intermediate-level certificate in software development relevant to the domain
• or an equivalent certification recognised internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
