QA Tester (m/f/d) – 2 Openings – Übach-Palenberg (Onsite)

Kickstart your career in QA with our CyberGhost (CG) & Private Internet Access (PIA) teams! Our team in Übach-Palenberg is looking for 2 QA Testers to help ensure the quality of our CG & PIA products across iOS, Android, Windows, Linux, and macOS. This is a 100% onsite role as our labs house the devices needed for testing.

We welcome entry-level candidates or those with minimal experience who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in QA with us!

What You'll Do

Manually testing our software on various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux)
Identifying, documenting, and tracking software issues
Assisting in the development and implementation of automated tests (e.g., using Appium or other testing frameworks)
Working closely with developers and QA teams to improve product quality
Supporting in the creation of test plans, test cases, and quality assurance processes

What We're Looking For

Entry-level candidates or those with minimal QA experience
Strong interest in software testing and eagerness to develop your skills
Familiarity with mobile and desktop platforms is a plus
Practical experience with testing methods and tools is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team
Advanced English skills, German is a plus

Before you apply

At the moment, we do not sponsor visas in the EU. For Hong Kong, we require at least two years of working experience and a university degree in a related field. For Singapore and the UK, we can only sponsor visas for mid-career or above.
