About the Role:

We’re partnering with a leading GIS consulting company to hire a Business Project Analyst who will play a hybrid role across business analysis, project coordination, and SQL-based data analysis.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who thrive in cross-functional environments and can adapt to multiple project phases and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
  • Perform SQL data mapping and querying to support project and product development.
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to ensure shared understanding of goals.
  • Conduct product validation, usability testing, and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Manage schedules, workflows, and deliverables using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Serve as Product Owner for Scrum teams when needed: prioritize tasks and maintain stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality business, technical, and project documentation.

  • Must to Have

  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or project coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tools.
  • Proactive, self-starter, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
