Job Description – Sr. Polyglot Developer

Years of experience – 9 to 12 years

Technical ownership

Lead the design and development of scalable, event-driven microservices using GO, Python, MongoDB, TypeScript, React, and Azure and AI Services. Guide teams to implement cloud-native solutions and best practices.

Database & Data Management

Implement MongoDB/SQL for large-scale data solutions, integrate Azure Databricks for efficient data processing and analytics in a cloud environment.

Mentorship & Best Practices

Mentor developers and enforce software engineering best practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD, and efficient coding standards.

Security & Observability

Ensure application security by implementing secure coding practices and monitoring solutions, with a strong focus on automation and observability.

Agile Collaboration

Work within Agile teams, collaborating with cross-functional groups to define requirements and deliver high-quality, iteratively developed solutions.

Client Interactions

Engage with clients to understand business requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation of projects. Maintain strong communication for project updates and stakeholder management.
