JOB TITLE: Senior Product Designer

LOCATION: Grapevine, TX (telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US.)

DUTIES: Responsible for digital experience design including information architecture, visual and interaction design; develop advanced wireframes, interactive prototypes, flow diagrams, and user experience technical requirements that adhere to best practices and usability principles for desktop, mobile, and tablet interfaces; understand customer experience principles, information architecture frameworks, personas, journey mapping, empathy mapping, and other user experience processes; perform user interface design with the ability to produce clean, creative digital visuals that are consistent with the brand, design system, and strategy; articulate user experience concepts and solutions and advocate for customer-centric designs;  integrate content and information design into all aspects of product ownership; influence the direction of research strategies that inform the overall vision and direction of products.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Design, UX/UI Design, Information Experience Design, Graphic/Visual Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a UX/UI or Product Designer, Design Consultant, or in a related/similar position. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, employer will accept a Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 3 years of experience stated above. Experience therein to include 3 years in SaaS product design including information architecture, visual and interaction design, content and information design, research and usability competencies; and 3 years using HTML, CSS, Figma, Lucid, Jira, Sketch, Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US.
