Accountabilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and usability.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve software issues and implement improvements or enhancements.
Participate in creating user manuals and technical documentation.
Lead or guide other developers on project assignments, reviewing work and providing mentorship.
Utilize low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Appian, Salesforce, Nintex) to develop automation solutions based on BPMN models.
Integrate applications with Microsoft SQL Server databases and .NET development environments.
Follow agile or hybrid development methodologies and contribute to process optimization.
Travel to client sites as required to support project execution and implementation.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of relevant software development experience.
Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) for low-code/no-code development platforms.
Proficiency in business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools and automation software development.
Hands-on experience with Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, or similar tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environments.
Familiarity with agile and hybrid software development methodologies.
Relevant technical certifications from nationally recognized authorities.
Active Secret Clearance required.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Physical capability to perform office-based tasks, including prolonged computer use and lifting 15–25 pounds when necessary.
