Marketing Specialist at NirYu

The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and help bring our campaigns to life. You’ll be the engine behind our marketing execution. You will be taking content we craft and turning it into high-impact campaigns across email, web, and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Own the execution and reporting of marketing campaigns using HubSpot tools
• Collaborate with the team to gather, organize, and deliver content across channels
• Build and optimize emails, landing pages, and social media posts using HubSpot CMS
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insightful reports to guide future efforts
• Ensure brand consistency and creativity across all touchpoints
• Stay curious and continuously learn new tools, trends, and techniques

Requirements:

• HubSpot experience across marketing, CMS, and data tools
• A fast learner who adapts quickly and thrives on feedback
• A portfolio or examples of past marketing work that show your impact
• A true team player who communicates well and collaborates with ease
• A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and energy to the table

Great to Have:

• Experience with SEO, paid media, or analytics tools
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Previous work in a startup or agile environment
