As we expand aggressively, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Lead / Sales Manager to drive outbound execution, coach our growing team, and convert opportunities into business wins.
The Role
This is a performance-driven role that combines leadership, tactical execution, and ownership of outcomes. You will manage the outbound sales team, ensure steady activity and high quality execution, and directly contribute to revenue growth by stepping in to close opportunities when needed. While your main focus will be leading outbound efforts however you will also handle inbound leads at times to make sure no opportunity is missed.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance strategy with hands-on execution, and is motivated by the chance to create visible impact in a short time frame.
What You’ll Do
Lead with accountability: Own the outbound sales function and team quota, ensuring pipeline coverage and consistent execution.
Coach & elevate: Train the team on prospecting, outreach, discovery, and deal management.
Be hands-on: Prospect, engage, and close deals directly—not just oversight.
Sales project management: Run the team with structured reviews and sprint-style execution (scrum equivalent for sales).
Tactical + strategic balance: Refine messaging, optimize workflows, and align GTM strategy with leadership.
AI-enabled sales: Use tools beyond ChatGPT—Agentic AI and automation—to boost productivity and personalization.
Market execution: Focus on US and European markets (with preference for the UK), building scalable and repeatable sales processes.
Inbound opportunities: Convert selected inbound leads, with attractive incentives for closures.
Cross-team collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to shape market positioning and GTM priorities.
Team Quota: Own the outbound sales function and team quota, ensuring pipeline coverage and consistent execution.
Operational Guidance: Provide tactical inputs to sharpen messaging, optimize workflows, and improve conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 8–12 years in B2B SaaS/data/tech sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
Outbound expertise: Skilled in cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and building scalable playbooks.
Data domain knowledge: Experience in web data, SaaS, or analytics is highly preferable.
Outcome-focused: Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results within 3–6 months.
Sales leadership: Proven track record of driving team quotas and scaling sales motions.
Execution mindset: Comfortable building structured workflows, WBS, and sales processes from the ground up.
Analytical & tech-savvy: Strong with CRMs, dashboards, and AI-driven sales tools.
Communication: Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
