Job Description

  • 3+ years in recruiting/staffing ops or client account management.
  • Experienced in ATS ownership (Workable/Breezy/Lever/Greenhouse).
  • Detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, and able to juggle multiple moving pieces.
  • Fluent in English (C1+), polished presence on video.
  • Comfortable working U.S. Eastern hours.
