Job Type: Independent Contractor

Workplace: Remote

Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U.S. business hours (PST coverage required, occasional Saturdays)
Compensation: USD $1000 – $1,400/month (DOE)

About the Job

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish-English) professional to join a fast-paced personal injury law firm. You’ll be entering client information, keeping records accurate, and providing friendly customer support during the intake process. Requirements

Core Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain client data in the firm’s system.
  • Review, validate, and update records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate with clients and team members in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide clear, empathetic support to clients during the intake process.
  • Safeguard sensitive client data.

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of professional experience in data entry, admin, or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (verbal & written).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Reliable wired internet connection with backup.
  • Full availability during U.S. business hours (PST), including occasional Saturdays.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in legal or medical intake.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Prior experience working remotely with U.S. clients.
