Job Description

This is a junior Transaction Monitoring Specialist role focused on tracking and managing payment flows, monitoring provider performance, and mitigating fraud. Responsibilities include incident management, disabling payment methods, and refund processing. A key part is to be a contributor to the growth of the company by supporting its operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer support, client services, risk, or monitoring is a plus
Experience in fintech is a significant advantage
Fluent Russian and good English (B2 or higher) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
